- Electrical Safety Certificate issued by the Electrical Inspector, Labour Department, GNCT of Delhi, or an authorized electrical contractor.
- Lift Fitness Certificate (if applicable), issued by the Lift Inspector, along with the date of the last inspection.
- Property Tax Payment Receipt.
- Regularization Charges Receipt, if applicable (in case of non-compliance with building bye-laws).
- Conversion Charges Receipt as per MPD-2021 (if there is a change of land use).
- Parking Charges Receipt (if paid to the Urban Local Body; not required if adequate in-house parking is available).
- Proof of Water Supply Source.
- FSSAI Certificate.
- GST Registration Certificate.
- Medical Certificate of employees with photographs.
- Employee Details – Names, addresses, etc., along with police verification certificates issued by the jurisdictional police station.
- Smoking Area Details – If smoking is permitted, details of designated smoking space as per G.S.R. NO. 500(E) dated 23rd May 2017 (COTPA Act 2003).
- PAN Card of the Proprietor, Company, or Firm.
- Pest Control Measures – Details regarding pest control compliance.
