No person must, in accordance with the order, produce, store for sale, import, or distribute any goods which do not conform with the Indian Standard as prescribed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS Act) and do not bear the Standard Mark.

• The electronically displayed Standard Mark shall adhere to all BIS-mandated specifications.
